The 568-acres of raw land in Grantsville, Utah west of Salt Lake City was a gravel pit. SJ Company served as Owner’s Representative to purchase the land, finalize partial entitlements with the City of Grantsville and sell to one of the largest concrete suppliers in theWestern United States. Finalized private sale in 2020.
